Child Hit By SUV, Seriously Injured While Riding Bike In Monsey Police are investigating after a young girl was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured while riding her bicycle in Rockland County.  The crash happened shortly after 9 p.m. on Monday, March 17, in Monsey on Ronald Drive near the intersection of Nancy Lane.
