Woman Stabbed To Death In Lancaster ID'd By Coroner (Update) A woman is dead following a triple stabbing in Lancaster County, the coroner announced on Monday, Nov. 4.  Carmen Martinez-Silva, 50, was found dead in the yard of her home in the 2900 block of Dell Lane, according to the coroner's release. First responders were called to the home located near Travelo Drive in East Hempfield Township at 1:40 p.m., according to LCWC dispatch logs.
