Stamford Driver Charged In Fatal Crash With Teenage Motorcyclist A Connecticut man who crashed into a teenager earlier this year in Fairfield County has been charged with his death, authorities announced on Friday, Oct. 25.  Hector Rolando Lemus-Portillo, of Stamford, is charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to yield while turning left, police said.
