Woman Barricades Herself In Philadelphia Apartment During Domestic Incident, SWAT Called A woman barricaded herself inside an apartment during a domestic incident in Northeast Philadelphia on Monday, Dec. 2, police said. Officers responded to the 7400 block of Oxford Avenue in the 2nd District at 11:42 a.m. and found the woman alone in the apartment, according to a release. The situation was declared a barricade at 12:08 p.m., prompting SWAT to be called to the scene, police said.
