Woman Who Shot, Dismembered Parents With Chainsaw Sentenced: MontCo DA An Abington woman charged with shooting her parents and dismembering their bodies with a chainsaw was sentenced Monday, Sept. 30, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office told Daily Voice the following day. Verity Beck, 45, pleaded "guilty but mentally ill" to two first-degree murder counts, the district attorney's office said.
