Problems investigators found in a Marine reservist’s past should have kept ICE from hiring him, former officials told The Washington Post after his death outside the agency’s Philadelphia field office.
Joseph “Joe” Thomas Moore, 38, a father of two, died outside the office on Friday, Aug. 28, after learning he would lose his job, the newspaper reported.

A man is accused of attacking a motorist, then chasing a restaurant employee with an arrow, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Walden Boyer, 58, of Youngwood, was arrested after troopers were called to Route 30 near West Hills Drive in Hempfield Township for a motor vehicle incident on Friday, Sept. 11, the Westmoreland County District Attorney announced.
