A Mount Joy man is accused of torching a vehicle in a fiery outburst following an explosive four-hour domestic dispute, sending neighbors into panic as flames and blasts erupted, police announced on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
Aaron J. Hugar, 45, was arrested after officers rushed to the 1000 block of Donegal Springs Road for a vehicle inferno in the early morning hours of Monday, Feb. 10, according to Mount Joy police.

Bessie Watson, who suffered from cognitive decline, was last seen by her daughter around 2 p.m. at their home on the 1700 block of Georges Lane in Wynnefield, according to Philadelphia police.
Surveillance footage captured Watson leaving her home that afternoon but showed no signs of her return, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.

Missing NC Woman Located In PA, But Family Pleads For Her Return
Martina Zellars, a North Carolina woman briefly located in Pennsylvania at the end of December, remains missing, and her family is issuing urgent pleas for her safe return.
Zellars, 31, was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police in near Gettysburg on Tuesday, Dec. 26, after her vehicle was flagged by an Automatic License Plate Reader, authorities said.

Philadelphia police have identified the victims of a double homicide that occurred late Thursday night on Union Street.
Kemo Vaughn, 53, of Upper Darby, and Tahira Wynn, 28, of Tobuhanna, were found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at 700 Union Street around 10:03 p.m. on Dec. 26, police said. Medic 50 pronounced Vaughn deceased at 10:10 p.m. and Wynn at 10:11 p.m.
