A convicted drug dealer is back behind bars again, this time for murdering a man with a sword, the Berks County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Oct. 10. William Smoot, 50, Exeter Township, was convicted of First-Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder for stabbing DelCollo multiple times with a sword on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office. Former reality TV star Bam Margera has been released from the Chester County Prison his attorney told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Sept. 25. Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, a court clerk told us. The 44-year-old was arrested last Monday, Sept. 16 in Fulton County during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, Pennsylvania State Police told us. A 38-year-old Chambersburg convict on probation is wanted for an arson and double homicide attempt, area police announced on Wednesday. Nelson Enrique Rodriguez-Charlotten set a home on fire in the 100 block of South Third Street following a heated argument on Dec. 27, 2023, Chambersburg Police detailed in the release on Jan. 23. A federally convicted felon has been charged following an argument with a sports official at a children's football game. Keinan Anthony Clayter, 42, of Reading, walked on the field at Cocalico High School, 810 South 4th Street, Lancaster, "during an injury timeout and began yelling and swearing at the opposing team's coaches," East Cocalico police stated in a release on Tuesday, Nov. 7. A man who pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of his child is wanted by the police. Joseph Allen Hafner violated the terms of his probation in 2021, court records show.
