Shippensburg Mom Charged After Fight At Midget Football League Game A fight at a Shippensburg Midget Football League game has led to charges filed against at least one parent, according to court documents.  Exact details about the fight are not clear, but the fight broke out at the game Sunday night, Oct. 27, Shippensburg Midget Football League Presiden Jeremy Stouffer explained in a statement. David 'Davey' Newell Jr., 42, Of Orrstown Killed In Crash David "Davey" Newell Jr., 42, of Orrstown was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle crash on Sunday, Sept. 1, according to PSP.  The crash happened on Orrstown Road near Blind Lane in Southampton Township at 10:52 p.m., state police detailed in the release.
