Driver In 'Critical Condition' After Highspeed Crash In Elizabethtown: PSP A serious crash has sent one person to the hospital in "critical condition" Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, July 29.  The driver of a Ram 1500 was "traveling at a high rate of speed on Linden Ave and failed to negotiate a curve" onto N.
