A 12-year-old girl was indecently touched inside a Pennsylvania Dollar Tree before the suspect fled and changed his appearance at a nearby McDonald's, police said.
The assault happened at the Dollar Tree in the 700 block of Chester Pike in Prospect Park, Delaware County on Monday, Aug. 3, according to the Prospect Park Police Department.
After she was inappropriately touched, the girl immediately took her younger sister into a public restroom, locked the door, and called for help, police said in the initial release issued on Thursday, Aug. 6.
