14-Year-Old's Drunken Passenger Dances In Street After Being Told To Go Home, Carlisle Cops Say Police responding to reports of a reckless driver who'd crashed in Carlisle found a teenager behind the wheel and a drunken family member in the passenger's seat, authorities said. Officers were called to N. College Street and B Street around 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 where a white pickup truck had driven around the round-about and crashed into a ditch, police said in a release. The vehicle then backed up and drove north up over the sidewalk, hitting several cones and driving on the sidewalk. The truck was ultimately found stopped at the stop sign on N.
