Central PA Dad Killed In Crash On His Dad's Birthday
A Pennsylvania father died on his father's birthday, according to his family.
William "Mikey" Mullen, 41, of Parkesburg, died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Sadsbury Township at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.
Mullen was driving his 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 east in the 5400 block of Strasburg Road when— for an unknown reason— he swerved into opposing traffic, striking the front tire of Deborah L. Williams, 57, of Coatsville's 2013 Toyota Avalon, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police.

Police believe they have cracked the mysterious case of a missing Pennsylvania taxi driver, as his remains were found this week.
Darlyn De La Rosa-Abreu disappeared on Aug. 8 2021, just after picking up a passenger, Johnny Palaguachi, in his 2015 Toyota Corolla, Reading Police Chief Richard Tornielli said.
Human remains found near Old Church Road in North Heidelberg Township on May 20 were confirmed to be those of De La Rosa-Abreu, Tornielli said.

A central Pennsylvania man assaulted two Pennsylvania state troopers during a routine traffic stop, police allege.
Damien Daniel Boyles, 23, of Carlisle, was pulled over in his 2005 Toyota Sienna for speeding and failing to maintain his lane along Walnut Bottom Road near South College Street in Carlisle just before midnight on Sunday, May, 8, according to a release by state police.
Instead of following police requests, Boyles was “instantly argumentative and refused to provide identifying information,” police say.
