Cheltenham police interrupted the unnamed trio during a catalytic converter theft at the Melrose Park Train Station around 10:25 a.m. on April 5, local police said. Their car, a Toyota Yaris, had a pair of Sawzall's in possession of the two men, along with numerous other tools from bags they were carrying, authorities said.
