A 62-year-old man from Philadelphia and a 53-year-old woman from Deptford were killed in a head-on crash in Gloucester County, authorities said. Footage being circulated on social media and obtained by 6abc shows a driver identified by police as Stanley Kahana driving the wrong way for several seconds before slamming head-on into another motorist on Route 55 on Thursday, Sept. 5. State Police ID Driver, 21, Trapped Under Truck, Killed In South Jersey Crash
A 21-year-old motorist died after getting trapped under a box truck in South Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred about 8:30 a.m. near mile-marker 53.8 on Route 55 northbound in Mantua Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey State Police said. The driver reportedly was pinned, there was fire and a heavy wrecker was called, reports said. She was identified as Gabrielle Martin of Glassboro, according to NJSP Trooper Brandi Slota.

23-Year-Old Driver Killed In South Jersey Collision With Pickup Truck
A 23-year-old driver was killed in a Gloucester County collision, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred about 12:30 p.m. Sunday on Barnsboro Road , Mantua Township police said. Witnesses reportedly saw a pickup truck passing in a no-passing zone before colliding with a car driven by Gino Giumarello of Mullica Hill, police said. UPDATE: A South Jersey man who was killed in a police-involved shooting last month had called 911 to report a trespasser on his property wielding a gun, Acting New Jersey Attorney General Andrew J. Oh, deer. Firefighters in Gloucester County encountered an unusual emergency on Tuesday. Mantua Township police received a call at 5:40 a.m. about a deer stuck between the bars of a fence along Wenonah Avenue near McCarthy Avenue. Trio Arrested In Gloucester Armed Robberies
Three people have been charged in connection with a series of recent armed robberies in Gloucester County, authorities said. Monroe Township police responded to a Heritage’s dairy store on Glassboro Road on Saturday for a report of an armed robbery in progress. A suspect, later identified as Brad Phillips, 41, of Gibbstown, crashed his vehicle on Prince Avenue while trying to escape, police said. Phillips was arrested along with two other suspects.
