Roadwork To Begin In Lower Moreland, Peco Says Lower Moreland drivers are advised of upcoming roadwork to begin on July 1.  PECO will be installing new underground gas pipes on Warminster Road, a project that's expected to wrap sometime in October, the utility company says.
