Employee Pepper Sprayed During Dollar Store Robbery In Philly, Police Say Police in Philadelphia say a group of young people maced a dollar store worker during a robbery on Monday afternoon, Sept. 25.  It happened at a Dollar Tree in Port Richmond, authorities said. Five teens, including two boys and three girls, were also said to be armed with a bat.  Police said they made off with candy and drinks.  The robbery remains under investigation, PPD added.
