Five Arrested On Drug Charges In Atlantic City, Philly Fugitive Caught: Police Four men and two teens were arrested in Atlantic City, five of whom were accused of selling heroin, cocaine, and Xanax, authorities said. The six suspects were taken into custody during "an operation targeting areas of concern."
