Vehicle Fire Slows Traffic On Route 100 In Chester County (Photos) Firefighters in West Whiteland responded to Route 100 Thursday morning, Nov. 2 after a car caught fire on the highway, officials said.  It happened just north of the Exton Bypass near the intersection with Bartlett Avenue around 9:30 a.m., according to the Fire Company.  Traffic is seen backed up on Route 100 in this photo from West Whiteland police.  West Whiteland Police Dept.
