$850K Stolen In 'Theft-Return Scheme' By Organized Crime: PA AG A criminal organization made $850,000 in illegal profits in a sophisticated theft-return scheme targeting TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Marshalls stores, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office said. Suspect Arrested For Shooting In Abington Home: Police Abington police responded to a domestic shooting in a Roslyn home early on Friday, May 17, the department says.  It happened on the 2500 block of Pershing Avenue around 9 a.m., according to authorities.  An adult victim was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while a suspect was "quickly taken into custody," police said.  The investigation is ongoing and there is "no danger to the community," they added.

Abington Police: Shooting Suspect Who Fled Scene Found Dead In Car Hours Later A man wanted for shooting a woman over the weekend was found dead possibly by suicide in a car hours after the incident in Montgomery County, authorities said. Police found a woman inside a house on the 1500 block of Arline Avenue in the Roslyn section of Abington Township with multiple gunshot wounds around 4:10 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Abington Police Department.
