Justin Mohn Was Armed At National Guard Base, Authorities Say The Levittown man accused of beheading his government employee father and uploading the video evidence to YouTube was armed with a loaded gun when he was arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap on Tuesday night, Jan. 30, according to officials. 20-Year-Old Killed, 3 Other National Guard Members Injured In Crash At Fort Indiantown Gap A 20-year-old woman has died in a crash between two military vehicles at Fort Indiantown Gap on Saturday, Oct. 22, the Pennsylvania National Guard told Daily Voice. Specialist Mackenzie "Mack" L. Shay, 20 of New Castle, was killed in the crash, according to Capt.
