Abducted PA Toddler Found In Chicago: Reports A Pennsylvania toddler was found safe in Chicago, Illinois after being abducted by her birth mother, multiple media outlets are reporting citing the police. The 3-year-old girl was taken by her birth mother from her grandmother’s home on Chaske Street in Penn Hills, reports KDKA citing the Penn Hills police chief.
