Former Major League Baseball Commissioner and Connecticut native Fay Vincent died Saturday, Feb. 1, at his home in Florida. He was 86. Vincent, who was born in Waterbury and spent most of his life after baseball in New Canaan, had undergone treatment for bladder cancer.
