A 4-year-old girl known for her love of life, learning, and chocolate ice cream with sprinkles has been identified as the victim of a devastating crash in Harrisburg earlier this month, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice on Friday, Nov. 29. Brynley “Bryn” Eliza Kropnick, of East Lampeter Township, was fatally injured in a vehicle accident at the U.S. Route 22/322 interchange with Interstate 81 on Friday, Nov. 8, around 6:15 p.m., according to the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. A 19-year-old bicyclist from Susquehanna was struck and killed at a stop sign, authorities said. Hannah E. Shaffer died at about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1 on East Main Street west of Spring Avenue in Susquehanna Depot, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The driver of the car, Todd M. A father of two died following a crash into a tree on Wednesday night, July 17, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio announced the following morning. Johny M. Roustic, 51, of East Allen Township, crashed on Pembroke Road near East Washington Avenue in Bethlehem around 8 p.m., city police detailed in a separate release.
