A 21-year-old woman was struck and killed by a wrong-way, DUI driver overnight on I-95 in Philadelphia, police said. A 44-year-old man was heading southbound in the northbound lanes when he struck the woman's vehicle head-on around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, April 14, Pennsylvania Sate Police said. The operator of the at fault vehicle was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was taken to a local hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. An Allentown man is charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI in connection with a deadly 2022 crash, authorities say. Shaba Xavier Hill, 24, is also charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and related counts, said the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. A West Chester woman is accused of falling asleep on the road with a 3-year-old girl in the car, troopers said in a release. The woman, 35, was found in the travel lanes of Commons Drive in Lower Oxford on the morning of March 13, according to state police. Her name was not reported.
