PA Man High On PCP Charged In Fatal Crash: DA
A man on PCP was charged with vehicular homicide, the Montgomery County District Attorney announced on Thursday, Oct. 31. Cedric Galette, 47, was arrested following an investigation into the crash that killed Troy Rivera, according to the release. The fatal crash happened at the intersection of North Fifth Street and Cheltenham Avenue in Cheltenham Township on Wednesday, Sept. 18, the DA explained, noting that Rivera passed away in the hospital 10 days after the crash. A 30-year-old Philadelphia man who was barred from carrying weapons was arrested with one in Chester County after being pulled over with an expired registration, authorities said. Slain Firefighter Was Passenger In Unregistered UTV That Crashed During Pursuit: Bucks DA
Details have been released in the crash that killed a volunteer Bucks County firefighter over the weekend. Kay, 35, was the passenger in an unregistered Polaris side-by-side UTV that crashed in Hilltown early Sunday morning, June 2, the Bucks County Prosecutor's Office said.
