5 People Arrested After PA House Surrounded Following Shooting: Police A "shots fired" incident turned standoff, has led to five arrests in Columbia Borough, police announced on Friday evening, Nov. 1.  The Columbia Borough Police received several calls about shots fired in the 400 block of Avenue K at 1:30 p.m., as detailed in the release.  Officers arrived to find "several shell casings in the roadway as well as a house that was struck by gunfire," as stated in the release.
