Watch: Driver Rescued From Flash Flooding In Lancaster Co. (Video, Photos) A driver was rescued from flash flooding in Lancaster County on Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 6, fire officials explained.  The flood water came from Pequea Creek quickly trapping one vehicle This on Route 324 just north of Silver Mine Road in Pequea Township, Rawlinsville Volunteer Fire Company officials detailed.  "Quick thinking neighbors helped the driver out of the vehicle and to safety,"  Rawlinsville Volunteer Fire Company officials said.  Rawlinsville Volunteer Fire Company At one point the vehicle was floating in the water, according to the fire company.&…
