Human Remains Found Near Delaware River In Philly: Police Bones belonging to an unidentified adult were found near the Delaware River in Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 3, police said. A witness stated that she was at Penn Treaty Park when she found two bones that appeared to be human shin bones at 5:02 p.m., according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
