Milford Man Solicited Child For 'Explicit Photos', Police Say A Milford man was recently charged for soliciting explicit photographs of a child, police announced on Saturday, Sept. 28. Rashaad K. Taylor, 28, of Milford, was arrested in Pike County, on Sept. 20, according to the police.  The arrest comes following an investigation into alleged unlawful contact with minors, the Slate Belt Regional Police Department said.
