Pennsylvania Man Spared Prison Sentence In Turks And Caicos After Ammo Arrest: Report Bryan Hagerich will avoid jail time and pay a fine of $6,700 after being accused of bringing ammunition to the British territory of Turks and Caicos, 6abc reports.  Hagerich, a Pennsylvania dad, was caught with 20 rounds in his baggage in February, authorities have said.  He was facing a possible 12-year sentence but received a 52-month suspended sentence and a fine instead, according to the report.
