It was not immediately known how the unidentified victim ended up on the tracks on the 6900 block of State Road around 8:30 a.m., the outlet says. The Trenton Regional Rail Line resumed service at the Tacony and Bridesburg Stations as of 10 a.m., SEPTA said on Twitter. Residual delays are expected.
