Bank Robber Makes Off With $2,100 In Schuylkill County: State Police State troopers are investigating a bank robbery in McAdoo on Thursday, May 30.  Police said the suspect walked into the First National Bank, 25 N. Kennedy Drive, and passed the teller a note demanding money around 10:45 a.m. He made off with $2,100, fleeing on foot toward East 4th Street before heading south on North Cleveland Street, troopers said.  The suspect was a white man in his 30s with a black beard and a slender frame, according to investigators. PA State Trooper Hurt In Hit-Run On I-95: Police The suspect is at large after a state trooper was injured when a passing driver hit his squad car on I-95 on Sunday, authorities say. The hit-and-run happened in the southbound lanes in Chester City around 3:45 p.m. Aug. 6, state police explained.  The trooper was pulled over at the scene of a two-car crash when a passing car struck his driver's side door, police said. Missing NJ State Trooper Found Safe In Pennsylvania A 46-year-old New Jersey State Trooper who went missing last weekend has been found safe, authorities said.   Jason Dare was last seen walking away from a health facility in Media, PA, (Delaware County) on Sunday, March 19 at about 7 p.m., according to  New Jersey State Police. In a social media post on Friday, March 24, State Police reported that Dare had been found safe in Pennsylvania. Dare's LinkedIn profile shows he apparently lives in Vineland, NJ. "Thank you everyone for your support and your invaluable tips," State Police wrote on Twitter.

The Mifflin County trooper was called to an inactive domestic incident at a home on King Street in Armagh Township on Sunday, Feb. 27 just before 8 a.m., the release shows.
