Emmaus Police Chase Ends In Allentown Crash, Authorities Say A police chase through Emmaus ended in a crash in Allentown early Monday, March 28, authorities said.  The incident began when an Emmaus police officer spotted two vehicles speeding toward him in the 700 Block of Harrison Street around 12:30 a.m., they said. Officers tried to stop one of the vehicles near Macungie Avenue and Pine Street but were unsuccessful. Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of South 4th Street around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday after receiving a report of a fight with shots fired, Allentown police said.
