Milford Man Solicited Child For 'Explicit Photos', Police Say
A Milford man was recently charged for soliciting explicit photographs of a child, police announced on Saturday, Sept. 28.
Rashaad K. Taylor, 28, of Milford, was arrested in Pike County, on Sept. 20, according to the police.
The arrest comes following an investigation into alleged unlawful contact with minors, the Slate Belt Regional Police Department said. During the investigation, Taylor's home in Milford was searched and explicit photographs of a minor were found. A 50-year-old woman shattered her ex-roommate’s window and made off with several items before being busted for felony burglary, authorities in the Slate Belt said.
Officers responded to a burglary report at 908 Bangor Rd. in Plainfield Township just after 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24, Slate Belt Regional Police said.
Upon arrival, officers met with the female resident and allegedly saw a broken window, as well as clothing, shoes, and several other items missing.

Driver With Warrant Flees After Lehigh Valley Crash: Slate Belt Police
A driver with an active New Jersey warrant fled from police after getting into a crash in the Lehigh Valley, authorities said.
Brandon R. Russ, 38, was involved in a multi-vehicle crash near 56 N. Lehigh Avenue in Wind Gap around 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, July 10, Slate Belt Regional Police said in a release on Monday, July 25.
As officers were on their way to the crash scene, Russ drove off, police said.

A Lehigh Valley man was charged with felony child endangerment after assaulting multiple victims, authorities said.
Officers responding to the argument on E. Main Street in Pen Argyl found Jared A. Dotter, 33, leaving the scene around 6:55 p.m. on Friday, March 4, Slate Belt Regional Police said in a Monday release.
