Kidnapping Victim Held At Gunpoint, Forced To Drive While PA Man Opened Fire: Sentenced
A Manor Township man who kidnapped another man at gunpoint, forcing him to drive around while firing shots out of the vehicle, has been sentenced to up to 20 years in state prison, Lancaster County prosecutors announced on Thursday, March 6.
Aga L. Thapaliya, 40, pleaded guilty on Feb. 28 to kidnapping, robbery, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, and multiple firearms offenses, including illegally carrying a firearm, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Three Victims Of 2 Fatal Route 30 Crashes IDd By Coroner
The identities of the three people killed in two separate crashes along Route 30 have been released by the Lancaster County Coroner’s office.
Both crashes happened on Nov. 10, in West Hempfield Township near the Prospect Road interchange, as Daily Voice reported at the time.
The first crash occurred when Tinnell Davis Jr., 23, of Baltimore, Maryland, and Cayla Raye, 23, of Aberdeen, Maryland, who were in a Honda Accord, crossed the grass median and hit a box truck, according to police.
