Keith Carroll was shot and killed by troopers after he walked out of his Jackson Township home armed with a handgun Thursday, June 23, Pennsylvania State Police said. Seen HIM? Slate Belt Police Seek Man, 38, Accused Of Assault, Harassment Police in Northampton County are seeking the public’s help locating a man accused of assault and harassment. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of William Randolph Jetter, 38, who is accused of assaulting a woman at a home on W. 3rd Street in Wind Gap and fleeing last Friday, Slate Belt Regional Police said. Jetter is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, police said. He also has an active warrant out of PSP Fern Ridge.
