The 44-year-old was assigned to the city's 3rd police district, and was working an overtime shift when she was found unresponsive in her patrol car around 9 p.m. on the 1800 block of Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said. New Footage Released In Philadelphia Sanitation Worker's Shooting Death New surveillance footage has been released in the shooting death of a Philadelphia sanitation worker. A masked man approached the passenger's side of a sanitation truck on Rowland Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, when 35-year-old Ikeem Johnson emerged, police said. Gunfire rang out following a confrontation, and the suspect took off in a Subaru Outback with tints and a roof rack.
