1 Killed In Multi-Car Crash On PA Turnpike In King of Prussia
One person was killed in a multi-car crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in King of Prussia early Wednesday morning, reports say. The westbound lanes of I-276 were temporarily closed after three sedans reportedly collided around 2:05 a.m., 6abc says citing police. At Least 9 People Injured In 2 Turnpike Crashes In Lancaster County
Two crashes in Lancaster County along the have closed a.section of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and left between 9 and 15 people injured. The first crash was involving a single vehicle and a tractor-trailer in near mile marker 290 just before 1 p.m.-- no injuries were reported in that crash, according to Emergency Dispatch Services. Crash Closes PA Turnpike In Lancaster County
The Pennsylvania Turnpike has closed in Lancaster due to a crash, according to turnpike officials. Emergency crews were called to the crash just west of Morgantown in Lancaster County along Route I-76 around 1 p.m. The westbound lanes have been closed between the Denver, Lancaster County, and Morgantown exits. A Philadelphia man who prosecutors said stabbed and ran over his ex-girlfriend at her Montgomery County workplace was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, according to recent news reports. The sentence for Lawrence Crawley, 36, was imposed Monday in court. Truck Driver Dies In Pennsylvania Turnpike Crash
A truck driver died in a Pennsylvania Turnpike crash overnight Friday. The tractor-trailer went off the Turnpike bridge in the eastbound lanes and landed along the banks of Neshaminy Creek below around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, near the Newportville Road overpass in Bristol Township. The driver was extricated after being heavily pinned in the cab and pronounced dead.

Bensalem Firefighters Battle Tractor Trailer Blaze On Pennsylvania Turnpike
Fire crews battled a blaze that broke out in a tractor-trailer Friday afternoon on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bensalem, authorities said. Firefighters arrived at the scene just before 12:30 p.m. to find a tractor-trailer engulfed in flames on the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Galloway Road near the back of Foley Cat Rental according to Bensalem Fire Rescue. The driver was able to escape the blaze with no injuries, authorities said. PA State Police shut down the eastbound lanes of the highway while firefighters extinguished the fire, authorities said.
