The case against a woman convicted of drug trafficking was overturned when a Pennsylvania Superior Court judge ruled that the eight pounds of methamphetamine found in her vehicle by a state trooper can't be used against her, PennLive reports. Haiishen McIntyre died doing what he loved to do most: Playing basketball. The former standout player at Harrisburg High School was shot after a pickup game at a park in North Carolina. The 27-year-old fought for five days through an open heart surgery and a leg amputation. He died on Friday evening. A woman who tried suing a Bucks County town after she said she fractured her ankle going down a slide at a local park can't sue, rules a Commonwealth Court panel. Betty Wright was on the slide at Carol Counts Park in Bristol Township with her 2-year-old goddaughter sitting on her lap in October 2015 when she suffered the injury, PennLive reports. Pennsylvania serial rapist Seth Mull won't be getting out of prison any time soon. A state appeals court on Thursday denied the 33-year-old inmate's bid to leave prison before his term of 78 years to life is up, PennLive reports.
