Hit-Run Badly Injures Bicyclist In Palmer Township: Police A driver fled the scene of an accident that left a bicyclist with serious injuries, said Palmer police. The victim was struck on South Greenwood Avenue below Charlotte Avenue around 10 p.m. on Tuesday night, July 16, according to authorities. No vehicle description was given.  Anyone who witnessed the crash or any neighbors who might have captured it on video are asked to call Officer J.
