PA Man Who Killed MD Girlfriend Was On Parole For 2004 Murder
A Pennsylvania man on parole for a 2004 killing was wanted by authorities for assaulting his girlfriend, who he shot and killed her on Christmas in Maryland then fled to West Virginia, authorities said. Justin Kyle Marshall, 34, of Greencastle, shot Tristen Shifflet, 37, in the neck on South Burhans Boulevard around 6:30 p.m. in Hagerstown, local police said.
