A discount grocery chain plans to open its first New Jersey store this fall, reports said. Grocery Outlet is moving into vacated Kmart space in Mercer County, according to JerseyDigs.com. Off-Duty Trenton Firefighter Tries Saving Delaware River Drowning Victim, Reports Say
Despite a rescue attempt by an off-duty Trenton firefighter, a man drowned in the Delaware River, authorities said. The victim's name had not been released pending notification of family members. 9-1-1 calls reporting "a body in the water" near Thunder Road came in about 2 p.m. Lt. Authorities have identified the person killed early Saturday morning crash on Interstate 295 in Mercer County. Nathanal King, 26, was in a Hyundai Santa Fe traveling southbound in the right lane when his car struck the rear of a disabled tractor trailer near milepost 58 around 4:45 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt.
