A Philadelphia man who fatally stabbed a Macy's security guard and injured another during a robbery attempt has pleaded guilty to murder, authorities announced. Tyrone Tunnell, 31, admitted to killing 27-year-old Eric Harrison and wounding a second guard during a confrontation at the Macy's store on 13th and Market streets in December 2023, police said. A Macy’s employee misstated up to $154 million in delivery expenses over several years, the company just said. The development forced the retailer to delay its third-quarter earnings report. The employee, whose name has not been released, has been fired. Nearly 50,000 massage guns sold at major retailers across the country are being recalled due to more than a dozen reports of overheating and a burn injury. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced this week that Homedics is recalling tens of thousands of personal massagers that ca overheat while charging, leading to a report of fire or burn risk. A pair of robbers made their escape from King of Prussia mall after pulling a firearm on mall security officers, said Upper Merion police. It happened on Friday, Nov. 10 around 5:40 pm., the department said in a release. Police are investigating a shooting that broke out at the King of Prussia Mall Friday night, Oct. 20.
