Ricardo Lee, 40, Killed In Bethlehem Tractor-Trailer Crash
One man is dead after his car hit a tractor-trailer on Route 378 in Bethlehem on Monday night, Jan. 29, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. The crash happened in the northbound lanes just south of Route 22 around 10:15 p.m., officials said. Ricardo Lee, 40, of Emmaus, was taken to the emergency department at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg and died from multiple blunt force injuries, the coroner said. His death was ruled accidental. Bethlehem police are also investigating the crash, officials added.

John Milliman Killed In Tractor-Trailer Crash On US Rt 222
Officials have named the 91-year-old man killed in a Lower Macungie crash on Monday afternoon, Jan. 22. John H. Milliman was a passenger in a BMW headed north on Route 222 around 10:40 a.m., according to state police. The BMW was struck by a tractor-trailer when it turned left onto Kressler Road, rotating 90 degrees and coming to rest near the center median, troopers said. Gabriel Cartagena, the 44-year-old man wanted in connection with a double homicide last month in Allentown, has surrendered, police announced. Cartagena turned himself in on Thursday, Jan. 4, after warrants for his arrest on two counts of criminal homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and various weapons offenses were issued, Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca said. Officials have named the woman and baby who were fatally shot in an Allentown home last Friday, Dec. 29. They were 44-year-old Ada Ortiz and her 1-year-old grandson Sebastian Serrano, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. A Buckingham Township man who was hurt in a Bristol car accident last month has died from his injuries, according to officials. Peter J. Drugatz was driving on the 3200 block of Edgley Road when he veered into oncoming traffic and hit two cars on Nov. 6, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. Officials are looking for the family of a Mahanoy City man who died in an Allentown hospital. Teddy Doyle Yate died from natural causes on Sunday, Nov. 19 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, said Coroner Daniel Buglio. He was 62.
