Rivera was sitting on his front porch in Lebanon City when Delgado walked up and shot him twice at close range. 'Long Argument' Ends With Deadly Lebanon Shooting: Police A “long and ongoing argument” between two men came to its deadly conclusion on Thursday, March 9, 2023, authorities announced the following day.  Jean Ortiz-Rivera, 30, of Lebanon, was in the 900 block of Lehman Street shot just before 5 p.m. and was taken to a Dauphin County hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to area police.
