Search For Danelo Cavalcante Is Now Nationwide Danelo Cavalcante has somehow slipped by the hundreds of law enforcement officers in Pennsylvania and neighboring states searching for him in the Longwood Gardens, and though authorities believe he is still in Pennsylvania, they are now describing the search as a "nationwide" manhunt.  The 34-year-old fugitive killer was captured on home surveillance footage on the porch of a residence in northern Chester County near Phoenixville, sometime late Saturday, Sept. 9, Pennsylvania State Police said. ICE Ends Contract With Central PA Prison Immigration and Customs Enforcement has ended its contract with York County prison. After 30 years ICE has decided to terminate it's agreement with the York County Prison to house undocumented immigrants. York County prison has had a rise in inmate deaths, as well as COVID-19 being a factor-- with over 200 inmates testing positive. The exact reason for the termination of the contract is unknown.
