Philadelphia Man Charged In Deadly Shooting At Delco Mosque
Delaware County prosecutors say they caught the man who shot a 65-year-old to death outside an Islamic center in October. Herman Stigall is charged with other first-degree murder of Mohammad Rahman at Masjid Al-Madinah Mosque in Upper Darby, said District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer in a press conference Wednesday, Jan. 3.
