Jackknifed Trailer Closed I-95 For Several Hours In Philadelphia Interstate 95 has reopened in Philadelphia following a tractor trailer crash early Thursday, Aug. 8. The trailer jackknifed in the 6:30 a.m. crash in between exits for Vine Street Expressway and Columbus Boulevard. 6abc says HazMat teams were called to the scene for a fuel spill. Three-Car Crash On I-476 In Delco: Police Authorities responded to the scene of a three-car crash on Interstate 476 in Nether Providence Monday morning, March 11, according to township police.  It happened in the southbound lanes just before the MacDade Boulevard exit around 8 a.m., police said in a release. Drivers were asked to pass on the right shoulder with caution while first responders worked the scene.  The crash involved a box truck and resulted in a fuel spill, the release says.
