Winning PA Lottery New Year's Millionaire Raffle Ticket Sold At York Sheetz Two winning tickets have been sold for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced on Monday, Dec. 11.  Both tickets won $50,000 as part of the fourth weekly drawing in the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle.  The winning numbers were 00171712 and 00172879. The tickets were sold at Sheetzlocated at 1191 Carlisle Street in Hanover, York County; and Friendly Food Mart located at 4209 William Penn Highway in Easton, Northampton County. Fat Wallet is a $30 ‘Fast Play’ game that allows players to win top prizes starting at $500,000. The food mart will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, lottery officials said.
